Julia first helped us navigate through a bad property that had major inspection issues. This required getting the earnest money back, which was not as easy as I would have expected. She then diligently helped us begin searching  for another property which also had significant (although not deal-killing) inspection issues. Her negotiation skills were a significant factor in our getting a price we could live with in view of the property’s issues. At every step of the way she was diligent not only in negotiating but also in documenting the deal and taking care of every procedural issue. She was always pleasant yet unfailingly professional.

I had a certain price in mind when I decided to list the house, but Julia did a lot of research (very quickly), and she suggested that I list the house at a considerably higher price. I trusted her, and we listed at the higher price – after the photographer she suggested took excellent photos. After that, Julia did further research and worked with the appraiser to make sure that the house would appraise, and it did. Julia and Chris were able to get our house on the market quickly with excellent quality, professional photos.
