I had a certain price in mind when I decided to list the house, but Julia did a lot of research (very quickly), and she suggested that I list the house at a considerably higher price. I trusted her, and we listed at the higher price – after the photographer she suggested took excellent photos. We had multiple offers within 24 hours of listing the house, and I accepted an offer for over the listing price about three days after listing. After that, Julia did further research and worked with the appraiser to make sure that the house would appraise, and it did. Julia did an excellent job dealing with a few minor inspection issues, and we closed within a month – all while I had already moved out of state.
